• Additional charges may apply for demurrage, special handling, or unforeseen delays caused by factors outside of our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure that pickup and delivery sites are accessible and safe for our vehicles and personnel, including adequate space for maneuvering and loading/unloading.

• F JAY TRUCKING will exercise reasonable care in the handling and transportation of materials. However, we are not liable for delays or damages arising from acts of God, public authorities, war, riots, strikes, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
